Rock it Out at Roku: Innovative Dining Group’s spanking new teppanyaki concept is ringing in the New Year with an indulgent Prix Fixe Menu ($125*) starting at 9:30 pm. Dance the night away in the restaurant’s cool wine cave while a DJ spins tunes. Don’t miss the champagne toast for all guests at midnight. Roku will also offer the regular menu at earlier seatings between 5:30 and 7:30 pm.

A Whimsical NYE at Barton G. LA: The West Coast’s culinary theatery is celebrating the holidays with a new Cider House Veal Chop special ($56) with seasonal ingredients like apples, sage, cinnamon cider honey, and more. The 14-oz. chargrilled chop is served with apple-sage Chutney, savory apple fritters, baby brussels sprouts, and cinnamon cider honey presented in a rustic display that includes wooden apple boxes and a cider vase.
