dineLA Summer Restaurant Week: LA Exclusive Dishes

Through July 28, Angelenos can scour LA in search of some pretty bitchen lunches and dinners through dineLA. Billed as  Summer Road Trip, the twice-yearly event features top restos all over town.  Check out some of these dishes exclusive to dineLA.

 

Culina in the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills  │ $49 Dinner

 

The foodie must in the Four Seasons is named for a smoky vault where ancient Romans prepared their food.  Exec Chef Mirko Paderno’s menu features contemporary twists on Italian classics and the wine list is superb. For dineLA, the prix-fixe menu includes Conghigue al Nero — black ink fresh pasta with calamari and langoustine broth. Gnocchetti de Patate features classic potato gnocchi with pesto, almond, and Parmigiano.

 

BOA Steakhouse  (Santa Monica; West Hollywood) │ $25 Lunch; $95+ Dinner

Sweet Corn Ravioli

IDG’s mod steakhouse has a few exclusives. The Sweet Corn Ravioli with black truffle glaze is available for dinner only at BOA Santa Monica.

Grilled Peach Salad

At BOA Sunset, a Grilled Peach Salad will be served at lunch and dinner and features gem lettuce, candied pecans, aged Manchego in a quince vinaigrette.

Available for dinner only at BOA Sunset, Lobster Carpaccio treats the shellfish in a Mediterranean style with lebaneh, beluga caviar, tabbouleh and serrano oil.

Peruvian Purple Potato Gnocchi with black summer truffles in brown butter with Gran Padano is also available for dinner only at BOA Sunset.

White Snake Ceviche (3)

At IDG’s robotayaki spot on Sunset has two dineLA-exclusives, White Snake Ceviche with scallop, crab and octopus with Yuzu and ghost pepper salt; and Lobster Garlic Noodles with garlic butter, ginger plum shiso, and sesame seeds.
