At LA’s mod American eatery Plan Check Kitchen + Bar, Exec Chef Ernesto Uchimura celebrates the hatch chile with some downright hot n’ spicy menu variations from burgers to hush puppies.
Inspired by his first ever hatch chile experience at New Mexico’s Bob’s Burgers, Uchimura will be highlighting the “so much more than a pepper” at all Plan Check outposts over the next few weeks. The Hatch Diablo Burger features chiles five ways: spicy mayo, roasted green hatch chiles, jalapeno straws, house made fresh cayenne chiles AND hot sauce! #FeeltheBurn!
