Next door at Bar TOSCANA, Chef Justino Quirino is featuring Lobster Ravioli with Vodka Sauce, Arugula, and Cherry Tomatoes — to accompany the stellar bar program of inspired craft cocktails, including one of my faves, Aperol Spritz (Aperol with Prosecco, club soda, orange slice, lemon twist, and rocks), Pearbellini with Grey Goose Le Poire, St. Germain and Muddled Fresh Pear Laced with Lime Juice and Peychaud’s Bitters; Negroni with Plymouth Gin, Campari & Sweet Vermouth; and Brentwood’s Garden with Plymouth Gin, Fresh Lime, Cucumber Juice, Celery Bitters, Cynar & Tomato Powder. Toscana will be serving lunch and dinner continuously on Mother’s Day from 11:30 am – 10:00 pm. Bar Toscana will be serving cocktails and stuzzichini from 5:30 pm. Reservations are highly recommended.
