What if you could combine the classic Italian aperitif with ice cream? Wouldn’t that be just dreamy? Well, the iconic eastsider Little Dom’s is teaming with artisanal creamery Humphry Slocombe for a cocktail-inspired ice cream sammy for National Negroni Week now through the 10th of June.
This spectac confection, Negroni Ice Cream Sandwich, features an almond sugar cookie with hints of juniper and coriander and a boozy Campari-soaked layer of juniper sponge cake at the base of the Humphry Slocombe Campari ice cream.
Little Dom’s pastry chef Ann Kirk has created this limited time treat that features a scoop of small-batch Campari ice cream. Stop by Little Dom’s deli counter for a bit of “day drinking” or nibble alongside a flight of three custom Negronis ($19) during the evening hours at Little Dom’s bar area.
The cocktail pairing includes Negroni Blanca, Smoked Negroni, and Negroni Sbagliati with ramazotti, vermouth, and sparkling wine.
And through the 10th, a percentage of each sale of the Negroni confection will benefit the Surfrider Foundation.
How cool is that?

The menu features updated Italian-American fare by Executive Chef/Co-Owner Brandon Boudet. The dining room is retro Hollywood meets modern Rat Pack, with warm, red leather booths, many dedicated to the restaurant’s loyal patrons, adding to the old-school ambiance.
