Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel‘s THE Blvd, has partnered with Perrier-Jouët to present The Garden of Wonder to transform the popular garden patio overlooking Rodeo. The famed hotel has been a landmark since opening in 1928, replete with history and glamour in the heart of the city’s most exclusive address.
The legendary champagne house Perrier-Jouët, founded in 1811, has partnered with THE Blvd to create this season’s “it” patio, open through September 1. The elegant pop-up will serve an exclusive menu ($28-70) and cocktail list ($28-650.) The patio has been designed to invoke the classic green and white flora of the Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque bottle — with new furnishings, florals, and garden grass under those Louboutins.
The Garden of Wonder menu features the type of dishes you’d expect here — a Foie Gras Terrine with savory French Toast, Rhubarb Gastrique, Pickled Strawberries and Thai Basil; Vanilla Maple Seared Local Diver Scallops & Maine Lobster with Roasted Corn Chanterelle Risotto and Basil Foam; and a Dessert Tower with small confections, pastries, and chocolates.
Of course, the specialized cocktail list includes sparkling libations from Perrier-Jouët.
Patio seating is available on a first come, first serve basis; hotel guests will be given priority seating. Outside guests will have a $200 minimum per table during peak hours of noon and 10 pm with a maximum stay of two hours.
Summer DJ Series:
The five-star hot-spot will also be hosting a Summer DJ Series from 9 pm – 1 am every Friday night all summer long in CUT Lounge by Wolfgang Puck. The luxury lounge will offer delicious bites from the Rough CUTs menu like the Steak Tartare or Alaskan King Crab, and guests can enjoy sipping bespoke cocktails such as the barrel-aged Negroni or the Santa Barbara Uni ‘Cocktail’. The Summer DJ Series provides an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere, world-class food and summertime beats to kick start the weekend.
